June: 475€ per week (575€ per week the apartment with sea's view)
July: 675€ per week (775€ per week the apartment with sea's view)
August: until 24/08 950€ per week (1050€ per week the apartment with sea's view)
August: from 24/08 to 31/08 750€ (850€ the apartment with sea's view)
September: from 01/09 475€ per week (575€ per week the apartment with sea's view)
In case of a two-weeks stay, there is a 10% discount on the price of the second week; in case of a one-month stay, the price has to be decided separately via a voice call.
In the price are included: municipal tourist tax; weekly cleaning; change of towels every three days; private unattended parking; 10% discount on meals consumed at the Trattoria degli Orti
not included:
- bikes (25 per week including bike child seat);
- laundry;
The prices described above may be subject to variations due to seasonality and availability at the time of booking.
- Rents start from SATURDAY to SATURDAY.
- Only bookings made by email alessianiemanuele@gmail.com will be taken into consideration exclusively.
- The check-in can take place from 17:00 on and the check-out until 10:00.
- It can be paid with cash, credit card or debit card.
- At the moment of booking, a deposit has to be paid by a bank transfer and a copy sent by email.
- The cancellation of the reservation is accepted only with a written letter. In case it takes place 60 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be totally refunded, besides an administration fee of 50 euros. Otherwise it can be used as deposit for a future reservation (if apartments are available in the desired period).
- In case of postponed arrival, early departure or missed arrival, we will charge you anyway the entire amount for the whole reservation.
- The animals are not allowed to enter.
- It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartments (a smoke alarm is present).
